وايضا كثرة تناول المنبهات مثل الشاي و القهوة والتدخين ايضا عامل أساسي وهام جدا في الاصابة بالقولون وايضا بعض الأمراض العضوية مثل كثرة الإصابة بالنزلات المعوية الشديدة وعدم علاجها بالطريقة الصحية وايضا كثرة الإصابة بالامساك بصفة مستمرة واعراضه تتمثل في الامساك المتكرر او العكس الاصابة بالسهال الحاد والمتكرر ،انتفاخ البطن بصفة مستمرة وعند الربت عليها نسمع صوت مثل الطبلة وهذا ناتج من وجود غازات كثيرة في البطن، والاحساس الدائم بضيق النفس و عدم القدرة علي التنفس بطريقة طبيعية ،والشعور بالشبع وفقدان الشهية بصورة ملحوظة وعدم القدرة علي تناول الطعام بالطريقة المعتادة والاحساس بامتلاء المعدة بصفة مستمرةوذلك ناتج عن وجود الغازات بالمعدة.
واليكي طرق القولون العصبي بالأعشاب الطبيعية من مطبخك :
1-النعناع:
